Our Carnegie Mellon HCII project team observed as clinical specialists (sales representatives that cannot push for a sale / Persona), in the midst of traffic congestion, wasted time getting to their appointment, as doctors and/or nurse practitioners (the Prescribers / Persona) end up canceling last minute. Our team’s solution consisted of a no non-sense, logic-driven, decision support tool for clinical specialists to be redirected to make another appointment with a prescriber that's available and close by.
